| The scorecard will tell you this is the easiest hole on the course, but I think most of the members would differ. Almost any slightly errant shot will find sand or worse. Rarely, is the pin short on this two-tiered green and club selection, with wind consideration, is the critical factor. A great Par 3 where bogey, double-bogey, or worse is not uncommon. A finishing par is a great way to conclude the round.
And so, did you find the back 9 easier than the front? For the Men from the Blue and the White Tees, Par says Yes by a stroke, but the truth is in your play. The members say they never tire of playing and re-playing our gorgeous course. Up for the challenge? Welcome to Glens Falls Country Club. |
